Bridge provides flexible support and assisted accommodation.

Our 5-year strategy outlines how we will do even more to promote mental health and well-being in the UK in future.

Bridge Support Services

We are experienced in tailoring support for people with mental health problems on their path to recovery. Bridge helps over 500 people every year through a full range of services from 24 hour supported accommodation to floating support. We work with each person to identify and define their goals to ensure we have a breadth of understanding of their life and aspirations to be able to plan and agree support activities with them.

Bridge’s strategic priorities as outlined in this infographic include:

  • Supporting clients to live full, inclusive lives that provide opportunities for wellbeing, recovery and community integration.
  • Developing innovative ways of working that ensure we are responsive to new business opportunities, and alert to opportunities that arise from changes in the marketplace.
  • To remain committed to providing quality services while demonstrating impact and innovations that address unmet needs, lead to better outcomes for clients and contribute to community inclusion.
  • To continue to be an inclusive organisation that communicates well and engages clients and their families, staff, and stakeholders.

“I have been ill since 1989. In that time I’ve received invaluable support from Bridge. Seeing support workers regularly and talking about my problems helps me manage and I’m doing well”.
