A ‘Wellbeing Trail’ for participants to pick up tips on wellbeing from nearby stalls will be a fun way to learn, with the chance to win prizes at the end.

There will also be the chance to exercise with Greenwich Get Active who will be hosting Tai Chi and Line Dancing. And, at the nearby Woolwich library, will be calming colouring, online learning tutorials, reading groups and discussions about books on prescription to aid mental health recovery.
