Support Service Overview

Bridge can offer you a wide range of support designed to be flexible and suit all types of requirements.

Everyone’s journey to recovery is different, maybe you’ve just received a diagnosis or been discharged from hospital. Whatever stage you are at in your recovery, we have a support package to suit your needs.

Our recovery based support draws on:

  • Each person’s view of themselves
  • Our integrated approach with fellow community support providers and clinical teams
  • The skills and experience of our staff
  • Our robust risk management and planning

All of which are underpinned by continuous development through shared learning and practice within Bridge, with people with lived experiences of mental health and other partners.
